Leave application or absence
1. Leave application to be given on line Leave Application Form.
2. Name will be struck off if the child is absent without any information for 3 consecutive days.
3. Absentees on the first day of the session are likely to loose their seats unless there is prior written information.
4. Students have to submit medical certificate for the following diseases.
a) Chickenpox
b) Mumps
c) Measles
d) Whooping Cough
For Transfer Certificate –
1. To be applied in writing ( 15 days in advance )
2. All dues to be paid in full.
3. Library books to be returned.
** Parents should themselves get the signature of the D.E.O if needed on the S.L.C.

A pupil can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
1. Disciplinary -> Dissatisfactory progress in studies.
2. Accumulation of tuition and bus arrears.

UNIFORM RULES:
1. School uniform details are listed in the school diary.
2. The specified school uniform may be purchased from any vendor.
3. No fancy hair styles are allowed to school.
4. Girls are not allowed to use the nail paint, henna, colourful hair bands or hair pins.
5. All clothing articles worn by the student should bear the name, class and section of the child for easy identification.
6. Uniform defaulters will be penalized.

BOOKS:
The specified books and stationery may be purchased from any vendor.

EVALUATION:
1. No formal examination for classes Play way to II.
2. The learning graph of the children is established by the teacher on a day to day basis.
Class III – X
(i) Evaluation system is as per the CBSE guidelines based on the remodeled assessment structure both in scholastic and co-scholastic areas.
(ii) Assessment is not just pen paper test, but conducted in variety of forms.
(iii) Two summative pen paper tests are conducted in September (Half Yearly) and March (Final) in each academic session.

Please deposit the fee on or before the stipulated date i.e. 10th of every quarter.
